Initial Assessment (90 mins): £90

The purpose of this longer session is for us to get to know each other, and for me to find out exactly where your difficulties lie, so that you can get the most out of your strategy sessions. 

Strategy session (60 mins and two 15 min check in calls): £70. 

At your strategy session, we will focus on the problem that is most distressing for you right now. You will leave with a plan each time.

At your check in, we will discuss how you are doing, if the plan is working, or if we need to make changes.

Payment: 

Session fee must be made in full at the point of booking, via bank transfer.

Re-scheduling, Refunds and Cancellations:  

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund and may be rescheduled. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Introductory call:
Your introductory call is free of charge, with no obligation to engage further.

Frequently asked questions:

How many sessions do I need? 
An estimate will be suggested at your initial assessment. As an example, a recent client had 6 sessions and reported excellent results. However, you can have as many or as few sessions as you wish. You can pay as you go, and take breaks from coaching as you wish.
 

Are the sessions online or in person? 
I work mainly online, but if you are local to me in Lothian, Scotland, it may be possible to meet face-to-face.

Do I need to be diagnosed with a condition? 
No. If you have any EF challenges as outlined on the homepage we can work together. 
 

Am I too old to learn new ways of doing things?
No. You can learn new habits and strategies at any age.
 

Who do you work with?
I work with over 18's only.
