1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Angela Joyce at Capisco Coaching which is a UK-based coaching business. By booking or attending coaching sessions with me, you are confirming agreement with, and are bound by, these Terms.

2. Services Provided

I provide coaching services related to Executive Functioning as outlined on this website: www.capiscocoaching.com  Services include one-on-one online and in person coaching, group coaching and workshops, which will be specified in the service description at the time of booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to attend sessions on time and fully engage in the coaching process.
• You understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that your success depends on your commitment and active participation.
• You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for specialist or professional medical, financial, psychological or legal advice.

4. Coach Responsibilities

• I will endeavour to pre-prepare tailored sessions that align with your preferences, desires, goals and personal situation.  
• I will always respect your confidentiality and adhere to GDPR.
• I will act in an ethical manner; if I feel unable to assist you, I will not continue to work with you. I will refer you to the appropriate other professionals or organisations if relevant.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: All coaching sessions are by appointment, by mutual agreement.
• Payment: Session fee must be made in full at the point of booking, via bank transfer.
• Re-scheduling appointments, Refunds and Cancellations:  
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

4. Session Duration and Delivery

• The duration of each coaching session will be 90 minutes for the initial assessment, 60 minutes for a regular session, 15 minutes for a check in call.
• Sessions may take place in person or through video conferencing depending on your location and the type of service you’ve booked.
• If you are late for your appointment, the appointment will end at the pre-agreed end time. This allows for other clients’ appointments to begin on time.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible and a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.

5. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you have given explicit permission to share information with third parties. Personal information will be kept in a secure digital location for the duration of the coaching relationship. You should keep a copy of documents to which you require access. 

6. Limitation of Liability

• My liability for any claim arising from or relating to the coaching services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific coaching session or service that gave rise to the claim.
• I am not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from actions you take or decisions you make based on coaching services.

7. Intellectual Property

Content, materials, resources, and coaching tools provided during coaching sessions may be protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for your personal use during the coaching sessions.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate your coaching if you fail to comply with these Terms or engage in any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. Amendments to These Terms

I reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you. Your continued use of my services after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
